Recap
No surprises on day one of the LEN U15 EC in Podgorica (Montenegro). Switzerland had to face group favorite Germany. Our country’s neighbors participate with a more robust and faster team with a better-developed playing style. As usual in such games, Switzerland suffered the German team’s intense one-on-one pressing and couldn’t serve the center forward. Conversely, the German team broke the Swiss zone and scored from different positions. Goalkeepers Kaydi Xantippe and Victor Aly-Maneint have the merit of keeping the score under 20 goals. Switzerland’s tournament really starts tomorrow with the game against Georgia at 11:40.
